The holidays are right around the corner! Check out my 2021 Holiday Fitness and Food Gift Guide. These are some of my personal favorite exercise must haves and cooking gadgets to make meal prep fun! I will say my espresso machine has had the most use out of any Christmas gift I have every received and my standing desk has significantly made working from home so much better.
Fanny Pack – perfect for outdoor adventures, dog walks and hiking
Adjustable Dumbells – less clutter in your home gym with way more options to change weights
Theragun – my CrossFit gym has three. They are always in use and a great tool for recovery!
Ab Roller – small, affordable and effective
Gym Bag – best gym bag I’ve found so far. Love that it has space for my laptop so I don’t end up leaving it in my car during workouts.
Standing Desk – finally upgraded this year to a standing desk and sad I hadn’t done it sooner.
Running Shorts – found a pair of high waisted running shorts that are super comfortable and practical! Better fit than Lululemon by far!
Sports Bra – Great support and super comfy. I wear mine to yoga and for lifting!
Kitchenaid – it’s so beautiful and has more features beyond cookie dough! Try fresh guacamole, mashed potatoes and even spiralizing veggies!
Ninja Blender– Not gonna lie, was way more impressed with this blender than my Vitamix.
Oxo Good Grips- 10 Piece Set – I keep all my dry goods in these clear containers so I can better assess what I have on hand
Ninja Convection Oven Air Fryer – Experienced this oven a couple weeks ago and it changes the game. So many options and setting to prepare different foods. I will no longer have my waffles or toast any other way.
Ember Mug Warmer – I HATE cold coffee and tea. This is on my personal list to have right by my work computer to keep my beverages nice and hot.
Rachel Ray Bakeware – Love, love, love this set. Great non-stick bakeware that gets used every week.
Breville Barista Espresso Machine – Received this as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and it has significantly cut down on my Starbucks bill. We use it daily and I love making homemade vanilla syrup and whip cream for weekend lattes.
Garlic Twister – Hate peeling garlic, but love it in everything? Ya me too. You need one.
Wellness Planner – MUST HAVE. Get organized this year, schedule time for yourself and accomplish your goals!
Chafe Balm Body Glide – If you are a walker, jogger or runner with muscular thighs, this saves lives for longer distances.
Foot Massage Ball – Increases circulation in your feet to promote recovery and healing. Easy to do while watching TV or on the computer.
Nuun – After a long sweaty workout, this is a great electrolyte replacement option.
Yoga Mat Towel – I have sweaty hands and feet and like to have a clean mat. Easy to wash and prevent slipping out of poses.
Sweat Towels – Love having these in my home gym so there isn’t sweat all over the floor and my equipment.
Bands – portable, great to pack while traveling and can be a tough effective workout!
Everyday Seasoning – I use this daily either on eggs, veggies, in soup, sauces etc. LOVE it.
Epic Bars– My “go to” protein bar
Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans – just a little treat and some caffeine to get through the holidays!
