Every program includes working with Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Haley Hughes, who provides individualized nutritional counseling to meet your unique health goals and health needs, whether you are training for an athletic event or looking to change your life.
My mission is to help my clients improve their overall health with diet and exercise by focusing on sustainable realistic strategies. By providing guidance, structured goal setting, and nutrition counseling, RDRx ensures that clients have the knowledge and support to maintain healthy habits.

I LOVE my job. I get to build relationships with amazing people and help them achieve goals that improve their health. I also get to help improve my clients’ quality of life while educating about two of my favorite things: food and exercise! Translating science into real life applications is what I do best. Together we will make healthy foods delicious and activity based around fun, your goals and preferences.
Haley offers experience as an inpatient and outpatient clinical dietitian and has also worked in the fitness, food service and community environment. She was the President of the Northern Colorado Dietetics Association, now is the President Elect of the Alaska Association of Nutrition and Dietetics and she is exceptionally involved in the community in promoting health and wellness. Still not enough? She is also a seasoned Crossfit coach, and regularly hosts women’s fitness events.
Most importantly, however, she practices what she preaches. Her clients will tell you that she is a non-judgmental and realistic dietitian. She has worked with and treated hundreds of clients with tremendous success. Her life has been devoted to helping each and every one of her clients achieve their health goals.
When Haley is not nutrition coaching, writing articles, working with restaurants, doing dietitian things, you will most likely find her:
• Doing a Crossfit workout, yoga or running
• Walking with her darling Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
• Traveling to far off places to explore new cultures, or her home in Alaska
• Drinking coffee or mimosas with girlfriends
• Enjoying the outdoors
• Cooking dinner with her husband with wild game & fresh produce (he’s an avid hunter & amazing chef to boot!)
