Have YOU tried making homemade easy bone broth? What’s all the hype about?
I decided to give it a try because I’m weird and enjoy drinking hot beverages and eating soup on 100-degree days. I just prefer it, I know it gross but whatever, they sit at a different lunch table.
Anyways, I like that it actually has some nutritional value, it’s easy to use in recipes and it’s even great on the go for a little protein drink.
When I am in a hurry I like to use Collagen Powder Bone Broth. All you need is hot water and seasonings of choice. It has one simple ingredient, dissolves well and has 9 grams of protein including collagen, glycine, chondroitin and glucosamine.
Some of you might be thinking
“What’s the difference between bone broth and collagen”?
Collagen Peptides are extracted from bovine hides whereas our Bone Broth comes from bones. Bone Broth contains naturally occurring chondroitin sulfate, which is found in bones and cartilage, and hyaluronic acid, which is found in the synovial fluid of the joints and skin.
Collagen Peptides can be more versatile. They can be mixed into cold and hot liquids as well as savory and sweet dishes. Both products do have similar nutrient compositions.
Try new things! I’ve even used Red Robin seasoning lol.
If you need a hearty brothy soup, try my turmeric chicken and veggie soup. It’s a great soup recipe when youre sick and during the colder winter months!
