I am all about dessert, especially when there are some nutrition benefits. The nutrients in this parfait have been linked to improved sleep, cardiovascular and bone health. The magnesium food sources provide an important mineral that is necessary for overall health and you may need a little extra of this mineral in your diet.

I added a scoop of Metagenics for an extra boost of protein that has essential nutrients to promote GI function while excluding multiple allergens. It a tolerable source of protein that replenishes micronutrient stores.
