This homemade drink is a lighter version of the syrupy high calorie usual mojito. It’s a little more hydrating with a great splash of Vitamin C.

Lime: limes are a great source of vitamin C and may even help with digestion!
Pineapple: Fresh pineapple is the only known source of an enzyme called bromelain, which might play a role in a range of different health benefits. Some studies have shown pineapple to reduce swelling, lower risk of chronic disease and promote heart health! It’s a good source of potassium, vitamin C and antioxidants.
Mint: mint has great antioxidant properties and is an easy way to flavor drinks.
